Hypnotherapy for anxiety and panic attacks

Be cool, not in a cold sweat

An anxiety attack (or panic attack) can leave you wondering what on earth is going on and why. Unpleasant physical and emotional symptoms have flooded through your body and you are left with a feeling in your mind of unexplained impending doom coming from somewhere or something that you cannot identify. This fear will stop you doing what you want to do and it will bring unwanted changes to your life, which normally lead to Depression. The attacks seem to be random and medication from your GP is frustratingly ineffective and you want to be off it.

One tricky aspect is that anxiety attacks can lie in wait for years after the event that caused them and surface after a triggering event - which will only leave you confused. Happy pills will do nothing about this, they will keep you on hold as time slides by and when you come off them, you will have an anxiety or panic attack the very next time you experience a triggering event and you will realise how much time you have wasted.

Anxiety attacks are caused by stored up, unexpressed negative emotion from previous events which is let out by your subconscious at completely unhelpful times. I can help you by safely taking your mind back to the time in question. Here you can release the pressure of that unexpressed negative emotion which will release the pressure on your life, thus allowing you to be free and in control of your own life.
